Keynote Speaker: Dr. Edward Spang -- We are excited to announce that the keynote speaker for the UC Davis Showcase 2023 is Dr. Edward Spang. Dr. Spang’s research focuses on characterizing and optimizing the efficiency of linked food, energy, and water resource systems. This work has spanned a range of topics from examining opportunities to reduce energy use within water infrastructure systems to assessing the economic and environmental potential of cultured meat products.
