Samantha is a 5th-year Ph.D. candidate studying harmful algal blooms in lakes using remote sensing methods.

Ankitha is a master’s student in Environmental Engineering interested in water/wastewater treatment and sustainability.

Iyanuoluwa is a second-year PhD student in civil engineering. His research interests include life cycle assessment, big data in the built environment, and sustainable infrastructure.

Hanieh is a first-year master's student in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Her research interests include synthesizing novel materials, such as photocatalysts, MOFs, and membranes for water and wastewater treatment, as well as using other water and wastewater treatment techniques.

Mel is a third year PhD student in the department of Civil and Environmental Engineering . He received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Management from Michigan State University in 2018. He has a series of broad interests including: entrepreneurship, natural resource equity, water resources technology, water quality monitoring, and the junction between economics and water quality/supply. Mel works closely with the UC Davis chapter of Engineers Without Borders and has future goals such as developing a startup company with the goal of increasing access to potable water in negatively impacted communities.

Yuanbin is a second year master's student majoring in Environmental Engineering. His research focuses on watershed science and water resource management.

Kendall is a first-year Master's Candidate studying Water Resource Engineering with the Environmental Dynamics Lab group.
